The Alternative Story Learning Centre (T.A.S.) invites a friendly Frontline Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will engage customers, provide administrative support to customers and teachers, and help run day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy and service.

You will be part of a vibrant team that values excellence and teamwork, with room to grow and advance to supervisory roles for high performers. The role is based at Ang Mo Kio Central, Djitsun Mall, for a 1-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Able to handle busy days and manage student flow in a centre.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and provide administrative support to customers and teachers.
• Serve as backbone of centre operations with detail orientation and service focus.
• Support daily operations and assist with scheduling and capacity management.
• Opportunity to progress to supervisory roles for strong performers.

Centre capacity management 100-200/day
