Job summary

The Alternative Story Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Frontline Executive to engage customers and provide administrative support to customers and teachers.

You will be the backbone of our centre operations, bringing organisation, a friendly smile and proactive problem-solving to the team. Based at Beauty World Centre (Bukit Timah) with a 1-year commitment, the role offers opportunities to progress to a supervisory level for team members who show drive and reliability.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and good communication skills.
• Meticulous and organised.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure and manage time constraints.
• Able to handle centre capacity of 100-200 students per day with a team of customer service officers.
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs.
• Driven to progress and produce excellent work.
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile.
• Holder of at least GCE O‑Level qualifications or equivalent.
