The Alternative Story Learning Centre (T.A.S.) invites a friendly Frontline Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will engage customers, provide administrative support to customers and teachers, and help run day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy and service.

You will be part of a vibrant team that values excellence and teamwork, with room to grow and advance to supervisory roles for high performers. The role is based at Ang Mo Kio Central, Djitsun Mall, for a 1-year commitment.

As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will have the opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story (T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providing administrative support to our customers and teachers. You will be the backbone of our centre operations where your traits of being detailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what you do.

At the end of each day, you will feel fulfilled knowing that you have brought joy to our customers and helped to ensure the success of our day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and communicative
• Meticulous and organised
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints
• Able to manage centre capacity of 100-200 students per day (total capacity of around 300), with a team of customer service officers
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs
• Driven to make progress and produce excellent work
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)

Monday - Sunday: Off
Tuesday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Wednesday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Thursday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Friday: 11.00am - 8.00pm / 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturday: 11.45am - 6.30pm

• Work location will be atAng Mo Kio Central (Djitsun Mall)

About The Alternative Story

We are an English and Creative Writing Tuition Centre for Primary School children. Since 2008, our passion has been to make learning come alive in our classrooms. We seek to inspire in our students a proficiency and appreciation for the English language that sets them up for success in academics and in life.
