MMC Success Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and coordinate with workshop technicians to inspect and communicate findings. You will prepare accurate quotations covering parts, labour and services, schedule appointments, and upsell maintenance packages while maintaining high customer satisfaction and precise service records.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or Nitec in Automotive Trade.
• Preferably 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a good personality.
• Able to analyze customer feedback and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Team player with initiative and positive learning attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the entire service process.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to inspect vehicles and communicate findings to customers.
• Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition.
• Prepare accurate quotations covering parts, labour, and additional services required.
• Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure smooth workshop workflow and efficiency.
• Keep customers updated on repair status, delays, or changes, and obtain approval for additional work when needed.
• Provide clear, non-technical explanations of vehicle issues and repairs to customers.
• Promote additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate (upselling).
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information in the system.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
