Job summary

You will maintain customer records in the CRM, reference internal knowledge bases, and work toward meeting targets for call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. Singaporeans only; appointment process confidential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Singaporeans Only.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate responses.
• Resolve enquiries at first point of contact where possible.
• Update customer records in the CRM after interactions.
• Reference knowledge bases and SOPs to ensure consistent responses.
• Meet targets for call handling time, quality scores, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with team to flag recurring issues and improve service.
