• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsabilidades

• Promote OCBC FRANK Account and Debit Card to new customers.
• Support customer acquisition campaigns, events, and roadshows.
• Assist customers with MOE HESL submissions and provide quality after-sales support.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service channels.
• Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
