Job summary

OCBC is offering a Product Development & Channels Internship in Singapore. You will work with product managers, technology teams and stakeholders to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle for digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery: gather and analyze user requirements to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: research industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
• Product Development Support: track system enhancements and features for digital banking initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business, operations and tech teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): assist testing to ensure business requirements are met.
• Project Coordination: assist planning, progress tracking, and deliverables.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: support other product development and channel initiatives.
