Job summary

OCBC invites undergraduates to join as a Customer Value Marketing Intern in Singapore. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer segmentation, campaign management, event planning and stakeholder engagement while contributing to initiatives that deepen customer relationships and drive business growth.

You'll work with Global Consumer Financial Services marketing teams, supporting campaigns and communications across retail banking segments.

Qualifications

• Background in Marketing or a related discipline preferred
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at different customer segments
• Customer Segment Marketing: assist in developing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and customer value across various banking segments
• Content Development: support the creation and coordination of advertising materials, digital assets, and website content to support marketing initiatives
• Event Planning & Coordination: assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of customer engagement events and marketing activities
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, product, and marketing teams to support the rollout of strategic initiatives
• Marketing Communications: support the development of customer communications and campaign materials that drive awareness and engagement
• Marketing Operations: assist with campaign tracking, coordination of deliverables, and administrative activities to ensure smooth execution
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other marketing, customer engagement, and business initiatives as assigned
