Job summary

Societe Generale Singapore is seeking a Trade Support professional to provide first level support to trading and sales desks, ensuring trades are booked on the trade date and checked accurately in the system. You will oversee TSU activities, manage deal booking controls, input/modifications, and handle trade queries while identifying operational risks and supporting process improvements.

Strong knowledge of capital market products and middle office experience are required, along with proficiency

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of capital market products (Rates, Credits, Forex, Forex Options and Fixed Income).
• Hands-on experiences managing products and process in Capital Market Middle office.
• Exposure in Middle Office functions and knowledge of Front-to-Back process.
• Ability to communicate at different levels.
• Ability to adapt to fast changing environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support and control to trading & sales desks. Ensure trades are booked and checked accurately in system on trade date.
• Participate and oversee the TSU tasks: deal booking control, trade input/modifications/cancellations per FBK guidelines.
• Events management (Exercise, Fixing, Compression, Expiry, Novation, etc) and trade queries and issue management.
• Identify operational risk when performing the task, work with team manager on process improvements or control setup.
• Assist the manager in projects impacting TSU perimeter (system/process/procedure improvement, new tool or new business implementation).
