Qualifications

• Experience supporting Front Office Trading, Sales, or Risk teams.
• Understanding Credit and Fixed Income products and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in Trade Floor Support or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for investigations.
• Familiarity with Excel and VBA is advantageous.
• Exposure to FIX messaging protocols is beneficial.
• Experience with Bloomberg or market data platforms.
• Understanding front-to-back operational processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office Credit Trading and Sales teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trader queries, trade investigations, and business support requests.
• Support the day-to-day operation of trading platforms and ensure a smooth trading experience for business users.
• Investigate trade-related issues, including booking discrepancies, missing trades, settlement queries, and workflow exceptions.
• Liaise with technology, middle office, operations, and other support teams to drive timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain regular communication with traders and stakeholders, providing timely updates on outstanding issues.
• Contribute to operational process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and service quality.
• Support new business initiatives, platform onboarding activities, and production readiness reviews where required.
