We are looking to hire aFront Office - FICC Credit Support Specialist to provide frontline production support for our client in Singapore which is a leading global investment bank.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing production support and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications used by Front Office trading, sales, and risk management functions within the FICC Credit business across the region. The role requires close collaboration with Front Office users, Application Development teams, Infrastructure Support teams, Global Production Support groups, and business stakeholders.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives, process improvements, monitoring enhancements, AI-enabled operational tooling, and platform onboarding activities. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to Global Markets technology and develop a strong understanding of Front Office Equities trading and risk platforms.
This position supports business-critical applications across multiple time zones and requires flexibility to participate in a rotational support model. The successful candidate will be expected to work shifts (early/late), as well as providing weekend and public holiday coverage on a rotational basis, in accordance with business requirements. Appropriate compensatory time off will be provided in line with company policies.
