This role emphasizes analytical problem solving, effective communication, and strong stakeholder management, with exposure to Bloomberg, SQL, Excel and VBA for issue analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Front Office Trading, Sales, or Risk teams.
• Understanding of Credit and Fixed Income trade lifecycles.
• Experience in Trade Floor Support, Markets Support, Middle Office or Front Office Support functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Basic SQL for trade investigations and issue analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel and VBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office Credit Trading and Sales teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trader queries and business support requests.
• Investigate trade-related issues and booking discrepancies.
• Liaise with technology, middle office, and operations for timely resolution.
• Monitor critical trading activities and elevate issues when needed.
• Support trade lifecycle investigations for Credit and Fixed Income.
