Qualifications

Experience supporting Front Office Trading or Sales teams in a banking/financial markets environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with SQL for trade investigations and data analysis.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel, and market data platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office Credit Trading and Sales teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for trader queries, trade investigations, and business support requests.
Support the day-to-day operation of trading platforms and ensure a smooth trading experience for business users.
Investigate trade discrepancies, booking issues, and settlement queries with cross-team collaboration.
Monitor trading activities and liaise with technology, middle office, and operations to drive timely resolution.
