Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a client-focused customer service representative. The role involves handling parent and student enquiries by phone, providing information about programmes, and directing leads to the sales team. Occasional front desk support may be required, including handling walk-in enquiries. The schedule spans three weekdays and two weekend days, with varied shifts across the day.

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Job description

Working Schedule: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends

• Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)
• Weekends (9am-6pm)
