Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a customer service/front desk assistant for a short-term assignment at United Square, Novena. The 3-month position runs from 1 September 2026, with on-site duties at a busy location.

You will handle parent and customer enquiries by phone, provide general information about our programmes to parents, and direct leads to our sales team. You will also support front desk walk-ins as needed and manage feedback promptly.

Responsibilities

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Salary:$12/HR

WorkingSchedule: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends

• Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)
• Weekends (9am-6pm)
