Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information over the phone.
• Assist with registrations and enrolment processes, including providing general programme/service information and directing leads to the relevant sales team.
• Address customer feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with front desk walk-in enquiries and provide general administrative support when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
