The Singapore Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Service Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests and support day-to-day reception operations. You will aim to make guests feel welcome and handle check-in/out smoothly.

Key responsibilities include responding to guest requests, promoting hotel facilities, maintaining lobby presentation, and upholding security and confidentiality while delivering a warm, professional experience.

Formación

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Provide a creative experience to all guests.
• Ensure all guests are welcome/farewell in a personalized manner; VIPs to be escorted to the room to introduce hotel facilities.
• Assist guests in the lobby during busy periods and whenever required.
• Collect guest feedback in the lobby when the opportunity arises, and update all the Guest Comments in the Opera Guest History.
• Maintain a clean welcome drink corner and keep the lobby neat at all times.
• Maintain strict security procedures with accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.
• Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
• Carry out reception duties as required.
• Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all guests.
• Ensure that guest requests are followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay; following up with traces.
• Provide all guests with accurate and in-depth information on products, services, pricing, special offers and events.
