Job summary

Natureland Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a customer-service oriented front-desk team member to greet clients, manage bookings, process payments, and support daily operations at the counter.

You will handle inquiries, feedback, reservations via phone, email, and WhatsApp, maintain the counter, ensure sign-in on the tablet, and coordinate therapist schedules while promoting services and memberships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software and POS system; computer and IT skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a smile and provide excellent service performance at the counter.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback (compliments and complaints) from customers, elevating to supervisor if needed.
• Listen to customers’ requests (appointments, services, memberships) and carry them out accurately.
• Interact with internal and external customers clearly and politely.
• Clean and maintain the neatness of the counter.
• Perform administrative duties: ensure customers fill in e-forms, settle daily sales, and check insurance packages.
• Ensure customers sign in using the tablet with NRIC number and full name before services.
• Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner.
• Monitor and respond to reservations, queries, and complaints via email and WhatsApp.
• Confirm service type and duration with customers, communicating politely.
• Oversee and update the outlet daily schedule board, including therapist assignments and room usage.
• Assign therapists to customers and promote retail products and services.
