Job summary

National University of Singapore (NUS) seeks an Executive for Front Desk and Care Services at Kent Ridge Campus. The role supports the NUS Care Unit’s front desk, client service, and administrative operations, serving as the first contact for walk-ins, calls, emails and confidential forms.

The Executive will schedule and coordinate same-day consultations with on-duty Care Managers, manage inquiries, and assist with the unit’s case management system, ensuring privacy and professional service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; related fields advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant front-desk, client service or admin experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in education, healthcare, social service or confidential client-facing environments is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, empathy and communication skills; comfortable engaging students, staff and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-desk and client services, greet walk-ins, answer calls and emails with confidentiality.
• Schedule appointments and arrange same-day consultations with on-duty Care Managers.
• Provide accurate information on NUS Care Unit services and support channels.
• Manage front-desk interactions and maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate unit communications, correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
