Job summary

National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore seeks an Executive/Senior Executive to support the clinical operations of the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) across NUH, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, polyclinics and family medicine clinics. The role coordinates patient journeys, appointment scheduling, clinic operations, billing, call centre activities and admissions.

Working with clinical, nursing and admin teams, you may supervise a small team and drive service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.
2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient care pathways, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily NCIS Outpatient Clinics operations and scheduling across NUH/NTFGH.
Manage missing orders and coordinate with clinicians and labs to ensure timely resolution.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
Coordinate laboratory orders and ensure timely investigations and follow-up.
Oversee patient billing processes and resolve discrepancies with finance and insurers.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and QA on cross-functional initiatives.
Perform additional duties as required by the Reporting Officer.
