Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Freight forwarding) in Singapore. This role supports the sales department and coordinates with customers, transporters, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery orders, verify costs and charges, handle enquiries on freight rates and tracking, and liaise with overseas agents to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department.
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
• Verify all related costs and charges
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
