Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support within Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective client communication and internal collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with shipping Incoterms or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond daily sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms to address client needs.
• Prepare electronic quotations and proactively manage follow-ups on sales matters.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive long-term business retention; prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on time.
• Assist Outdoor Sales in recognizing and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, and customer service.
• Coordinate with international teams and clients to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Provide support to Inside Sales team and address urgent needs as they arise.
