Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Airfreight Customer Service Executive with 5–10 years of freight forwarding experience to manage key customer accounts, handle quotations, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should independently meet customer requirements, drive quotation strategies, and prepare for a future SOE role.

Strong communication and coordination with airlines, co-loaders, and operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in airfreight / freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of airfreight operations, pricing, and airline coordination.
• Proven experience in quotation handling and customer servicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for key customers on airfreight inquiries.
• Handle end-to-end quotation (RFQ, ad-hoc, project shipments) with competitive pricing strategy.
• Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure best rates and space.
• Follow up on quotations and drive conversion to confirmed bookings.
• Provide market insights (rates, capacity, peak season trends) to customers and internal team.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts for smooth execution.
• Support and work closely with Sales / SOE team on business development and account management.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records in system (e.g., Shipthis).
• Mentor junior team members when required.
