Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics-focused sales support professional with 1–3 years of experience to handle inquiries, prepare quotes, and build strong client relationships. You will coordinate with operations, finance and service teams while supporting Outdoor and Inside Sales, ensuring timely reports and smooth shipment processes.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with shipping terms, and ability to manage data in MS Office.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in sales support within Freight Forwarding, Logistics or related fields.
Proficient in English for client communication and internal collaboration.
Experience with Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle and respond daily sales inquiries via phone, email and other platforms to meet client needs.
Prepare electronic quotations and follow up on sales-related matters.
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive long-term retention; prepare timely reports and complete admin tasks.
Support Outdoor Sales in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams—operations, finance and customer service.
Coordinate with international teams and clients to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Assist Manager with additional duties and support Inside Sales when needed.
