Flintex Consulting is seeking a Billing & Admin Assistant (Cross-Border Trucking) in Singapore to manage filing on Docman, maintain records and coordinate internal and external teams for cross-border shipments.

We value 2–3 years in freight forwarding, the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and basic computing skills with Word, Excel and Outlook; you may be asked to perform ad-hoc duties by Management.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Filing documents on Docman (internal data storage).
• Coordinating internal & external for work related tasks.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management/Manager.
