Job summary

RELIABLE INTERNATIONAL FREIGHTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Freight Sales Executive to drive new business by actively pursuing shipment enquiries, preparing competitive quotations and developing client relationships.

You will coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth shipments and meet individual sales KPIs. The role targets expansion of an assigned territory through proactive hunting and maintaining existing business, requiring 1–2 years in freight

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE O/N levels.
• 1–2 years of freight operations experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC.
• Good knowledge of international trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Result-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess strong hunter-sales mentality.

Responsibilities

• Actively hunt for shipments enquiries and provide quotations by email daily.
• Develop business with new prospects.
• Prepare quotations and ensure rates to customers are updated.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations Team to ensure shipments are in order.
• Responsible for individual sales goals, KPIs and account receivables.
• Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sales, operational and business performance and targets are achieved.
• Engage existing and potential customers to solicit sales and maintain good business relationships.
• Develop and grow an assigned territory through hunting opportunities and maintaining existing business.
