Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales professional to onboard new accounts for ocean, air, and customs brokerage, focusing on hunter personas. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers to unlock additional business opportunities and grow revenue across key trade lanes.

As the primary contact for assigned clients, you will maintain a robust sales pipeline, document activities in the Global CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to win new business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hunter experience in Business Development in Forwarding within the region.
• Develop, update, and manage sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build the pipeline and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively interact and acquire new customers for ocean, air and customs brokerage.
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with new & existing customers to develop additional business opportunities.
• Grow revenue and volume footprint to achieve economies of scale and service reliability.
• Act as the primary sales contact for assigned customers; maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document activities in the CRM.
