Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales activities to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Manage assigned customer accounts and provide solutions based on their logistics requirements.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Support and guide the sales team in meeting individual and overall sales targets.
