Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to handle client inquiries and manage import/export operations efficiently. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel etc.).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
• Liaise with overseas offices and agents to coordinate quotations, bookings and shipment execution.
• Handle import/export enquiries and bookings across transport modes.
• Collaborate closely with sales personnel to ensure smooth handover and operational follow through.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors.
