Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, prepare freight quotations, and arrange shipments with speed and accuracy.

You will coordinate import/export and cross-trade shipments with customers, overseas agents and internal teams, prepare shipping documents, and monitor progress to provide regular updates.

The role requires good communication, independent multitasking, and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with air or sea freight operations; experience in both is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Incoterms.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare freight quotations promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments with customers, overseas agents and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with regular updates.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
