Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing freight forwarding and logistics team in Singapore. The role focuses on handling import/export shipments, quotations, and coordinating with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage documentation, monitor shipment progress, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within freight forwarding, logistics or a related industry.
• Good understanding of import and export processes.
• Experience handling air and/or sea freight shipments; exposure to both is a plus.
• Familiar with Incoterms and their application to international shipments.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to quotations, shipments and operational matters promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate the activation of import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements closely with customers, overseas agents and internal operations teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation required for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on shipment status.
• Handle shipment-related issues and customer concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment information, records, reports and system entries.
• Ensure consistent service standards by following established operational procedures and customer requirements.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
