Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive / Shipping Admin in freight forwarding to support sales and logistics coordination in Singapore. You will liaise with customers, transporters and warehouses to ensure smooth shipments and accurate export/import documentation.

This 5-day role runs 8.30am–5.30pm (Fridays 8.30am–5pm) at Bukit Merah Central. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to 3,400 per month. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department.
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release.
• Verify all related costs and charges.
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters.
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
