MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics professional in Singapore to coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments for air and sea freight. The role involves handling customer inquiries, updating on shipments and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will liaise with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders and transport vendors to arrange bookings, cargo space and delivery, while preparing shipping documents and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, air/sea freight coordination or international logistics.
• Familiarity with customs clearance, permit declarations and import/export documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments for air and sea freight.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates and maintain good client relationships.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders and transport vendors on bookings, cargo space and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including customs permits, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB) and commercial invoices.
• Track shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle job costing, billing and invoicing accurately.
• Work with internal teams and external parties to resolve shipment issues and improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company procedures and trade regulations.
