Job summary

NICE 1 SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to grow new markets for copier, print, and office equipment solutions.

You will conduct daily cold outreach, qualify prospects, prepare quotations, and close sales through phone and virtual channels, while accurately recording data in SAP CRM. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, and managing pre-sales to post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or CRM in printing, copier, or office equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools; SAP CRM experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects, prepare quotations and business proposals, and close sales through phone and virtual channels.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate copier, print, and office equipment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities in accordance with company processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using SAP CRM.
• Provide excellent after-sales support while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
