Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or CRM
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools; SAP CRM experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and leads
• Qualify prospects, prepare quotations, and close sales via phone and virtual channels
• Understand customer needs and present copier, print, and office equipment solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
• Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities per company processes
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using SAP CRM
• Provide after-sales support and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives
