Job summary

The role emphasizes inside sales, excellent communication, and the ability to understand customer needs. You will conduct daily outreaches, qualify prospects, present copier/office equipment solutions, and manage end-to-end sales processes using SAP CRM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales or CRM.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and messages to develop new markets and generate leads.
• Qualify prospects, prepare quotations and business proposals, and close sales through phone and virtual channels.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate copier, print, and office equipment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities in accordance with company processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using SAP CRM.
• Provide excellent after-sales support while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools; SAP CRM experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
