Job summary

BreadTalk Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Franchise Operations professional to drive performance across a growing franchise network. You will build and maintain strong franchisee relationships, support new store launches with structured training plans and store visits, and ensure alignment on SOPs and product rollouts.

You will manage training tools, collaborate with Finance on billing, review key sales and audit reports, and help develop effective training programs while adapting to changing

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong business sense with interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
• Enjoys collaborating in a team, handling diverse tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
• Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Weekend support for special projects may be required.
• Experience in video filming and editing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor franchise market performance and spot opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees through regular, supportive communication.
• Support new store launches with training plans, store visits, and ongoing guidance.
• Keep franchisees up to date on new products, SOPs, and rollouts.
• Manage and update training tools, marketing materials, and franchisee resources.
• Help develop and deliver effective training programs and support trainers with feedback.
• Review and share key reports (sales, audits, projections) to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and collections.
• Maintain accurate franchisee records and assist with data updates.
• Pitch in on special projects and team initiatives as needed.
