Job summary

Domino's Pizza Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth and expand our international reach. You will identify revenue opportunities, conduct market research, and evaluate locations for new stores, with a hands-on approach to negotiations and project management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in F&B franchising or international sales, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in launching franchisees regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
• Proven track record in opening new franchise stores regionally and globally.
• Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.
• Evaluate locations for new store openings and expansion.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for initiatives.
• Work with suppliers, landlords, and franchise partners.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead QSR projects from initiation to completion (new openings, renovations, relocations, improvements).
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate activities for timely implementation and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
