Job summary

Fidaro AI is seeking a Founding Product Manager to define and grow a privacy-first private AI platform. You will own market mapping, feedback loops, and the product direction, working closely with engineering to ship outcomes that matter to users and drive activation, retention, and acquisition.

You will operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with autonomy and collaboration across disciplines, often meeting in Hong Kong while supporting global markets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience owning growth or product outcomes for a consumer or prosumer tech product, ideally from an early stage.
• Track record of making decisions based on data: setting up metrics, running experiments, data analysis, and deriving actions from results.
• Ability to work independently with light oversight and set priorities.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, growth tooling, or community-led growth.
• Experience with global markets, especially the US.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong interest in AI and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction for what Fidaro builds and how it grows.
• Map the market to identify segments and positioning among competitors.
• Set up feedback collection and turn insights into product decisions.
• Discern features that drive growth and retention vs nice-to-haves.
• Own acquisition channels and reduce CAC while improving shareability.
• Define and measure key metrics and optimize funnels.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship impactful products.
• This is a founding PM role with scalable scope.
