Job summary

The Future of Finance Institute (FFI) in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to build and grow the Trust Frameworks pillar, delivering reusable frameworks, toolkits, and reference implementations for auditable AI controls.

You will own products from concept to launch, define requirements, priorities, and roadmaps, and collaborate with partners and technical teams to translate complex needs into practical product decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in technology assets, governance tools, or enterprise tech.
Experience translating governance, user, and technical needs into clear product requirements.
Ability to define priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes for multiple products.
Experience coordinating with external contributors, partners, and engineering teams.
Sufficient technical understanding to engage on AI, data, APIs, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the Trust Frameworks pillar with leadership and stakeholders.
Translate industry needs into product requirements, specs, and delivery priorities.
Develop governance frameworks and tools that are practical and auditable.
Collaborate with partners to create reference implementations and reusable components.
Balance usability, feasibility, governance objectives, and industry requirements in product decisions.
Lead end-to-end delivery across a network of partners and contributors.
