Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking its first dedicated Product Manager to shape a strategic roadmap for a growing B2B SaaS product. You will synthesize signals from customers, founders, engineering, and compliance into clear priorities and measurable goals for the development team.

You will own the definition of product success, build PRDs and acceptance criteria, and monitor adoption, activation, and retention metrics to drive direction.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• First PM on a team; able to make independent calls with accountability.
• Strong data fluency: define metrics, read funnels, analyze activation/retention.
• Excellent written communication: PRDs and decision records.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features and non-deterministic UX.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and setting direction from rough inputs.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritization: gather inputs and turn into a coherent, prioritized roadmap.
• Translate priorities into clear, actionable PRDs and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Define and track product metrics to show whether shipped features are working.
• Define what 'good' means for AI features and establish acceptance standards.
• Balance user trust, friction, and regulatory expectations in compliance-sensitive domains.
• Talk to customers (wealth managers) to turn feedback into decisions.
• Keep the team aligned with clear goals and decision records.
