Job summary

Fidaro is seeking a product-minded operator to lead growth as a Founding Product Manager. You will define the roadmap, uncover true user needs, and turn insights into shippable products while protecting user privacy. The role emphasizes experimentation, autonomy, and close collaboration with engineering.

Ideal candidates are hands-on with growth, comfortable in unclear markets, and able to communicate clearly with founders and users alike. Equity offered and early-stage venture potential.

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth or product outcomes for a consumer tech product, ideally from an early stage.
• Data-driven decision making with metrics and experiments.
• Independent, self-directed with ability to set priorities.
• Experience with global markets, especially US, not just Asia.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define Fidaro's growth direction and roadmap based on user needs and market signals.
• Set up feedback loops and decide what to act on, what to deprioritize.
• Identify growth and retention features and differentiate from competitors.
• Own acquisition: optimize channels and reduce CAC while protecting privacy.
• Define key metrics and build a data-driven culture with the team.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate insight into shipped products.
