Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software.
• Founding or early-startup experience.
• Own outcomes end-to-end from discovery to shipped software.
• Strong technical communicator with clear docs and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on with applied AI and agent systems.
• Comfortable working with non-technical users to translate workflows into software.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with operators, accountants, and firms to identify problems.
• Define scoped objectives and a prioritized roadmap with build/no-build decisions.
• Prototype and demo early versions, iterating on feedback.
• Design and ship AI-enabled workflows using LLM agents and multi-agent setups.
• Own backend data models, APIs, and React-based frontend; manage migrations and production readiness.
