Job summary

Grab is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own AI enablement across the company. You will connect platform capabilities with commercialization opportunities to ship AI-native products and explore new businesses.

You will serve as AI product partner to internal teams, broker partnerships, and align leadership around new bets while also performing as a Research PM for frontier AI work.

Qualifications

• Commercial translation: connect platform or AI capability to business value.
• Senior stakeholder influence: influence directors and VPs, broker partnerships.
• Storytelling: convey complex tech to non-technical audiences to win buy-in.
• Technical depth in AI: credible partner to AI researchers and shape direction.
• Forward-deployed operating model: hands-on with customer teams in undefined areas.
• PM experience: 8+ years as PM or founder with AI/ML, data, or platform focus.

Responsibilities

• Roughly 70% enablement and commercial translation; 30% research PM work and scalable playbook.
• Embed with internal teams as AI product partner and drive adoption of core primitives.
• Identify primitives that unlock business cases and secure leadership alignment and funding.
• Build with stream-aligned teams and hand off to platform teams for scale.
• Shape Grab's AI Center of Excellence agenda and align research with commercial demand.
• Codify reusable AI-native playbooks to scale enablement across Grab teams.
