Manifest Global seeks a senior product leader to own the entire product organization across multiple AI-powered platforms. You will map interconnections, set direction, build the team, and deliver a unified platform strategy reporting to the CEO.

You will translate commercial urgency into product reality, lead growth and monetisation, and establish governance with an AI-native approach across five platforms. Equity participation is offered.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product with leadership experience across multiple products
• Led a portfolio with distinct commercial owners and competing resource claims
• Translates business goals into product investment decisions and revenue targets
• AI-native mindset with teams built around AI delivery and governance
• Collaborates across functions to align stakeholders without relying on authority

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product organization across all platforms and brands
• Direct portfolio-level investment, interconnectivity, and duplication elimination
• Set the cadence for prioritization and resource allocation across squads
• Drive product-led growth, pricing architecture, and retention through the product strategy
• Establish platform governance and AI-first design principles
