Job summary

FIOE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Product Manager, Growth & Partnerships in Singapore. The role blends business development, partnerships, customer discovery, growth, and product innovation to influence product direction and market strategy.

You will engage prospective customers, build industry relationships, showcase the platform, and gather customer feedback to shape roadmap decisions. Training and mentorship are provided in a highly entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or product management experience required; training and mentorship will be provided.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Comfortable working autonomously from home and engaging with recruiters, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers across Singapore and APAC.
• Build relationships with recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams, hiring managers and business leaders.
• Introduce and demonstrate FIOE's platform and capabilities.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Develop strategic partnerships with organizations and industry stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding and long-term account development.
