Job summary

Workstream seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a frontier platform expanding from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products. You’ll lead a 3-person PMM team reporting to revenue leadership and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You should be experienced in B2B SaaS with a founder mindset, AI fluency, and a track record of influencing pipeline and deals. This SF-based role requires in-office presence most days.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles
• Founder energy: built something from scratch and biases toward action
• Commercially minded and sales-oriented mindset
• AI-native: uses AI tools in daily work
• Willing to relocate to SF and take on expanding scope

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across website, decks, and sales calls
• Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including AI assistant and payroll tooling
• Build battlecards, teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof for sales teams
• Develop customer case studies, video stories, and webinars with marketing/design teams
• Leverage AI agents for research, drafting, and analysis to accelerate work
