Job summary

FIOE PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate Product Manager, Growth & Partnerships to engage prospective customers, build industry relationships, and introduce the platform to the market from home.

You will gather customer feedback and influence product direction through direct conversations with recruiters, HR leaders, and business decision-makers. You will work across business development, growth, partnerships, and product innovation to shape roadmaps, validate ideas, and support go-to-market efforts

Qualifications

• No prior sales or product management experience required. Training and mentorship will be provided.
• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, partnerships, customer success, consulting, HR tech, SaaS, or customer-facing roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently from home.
• Comfortable speaking with recruiters, HR professionals, staffing agencies, business owners, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Build relationships with recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Introduce and demonstrate FIOE's platform and capabilities.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Develop strategic partnerships with organizations and industry stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding and long-term account development.
