Sardine is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for fraud and compliance products. You will manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into practical solutions, and ensure successful deployments across a global client base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with execution and integration/automation expertise.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Work with clients providing end-to-end onboarding support.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support documents.
• Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Manage projects, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
