Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure smooth, successful deployments.

This is a hands-on role working with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. You will own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and onboarding materials, and you’ll analyze client requirements to design solutions leveraging

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with execution and integration expertise.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with API specs like OpenAPI and scripting to build internal tools (e.g., Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang).

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end client onboarding support and set clients up for success.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support documents.
• Analyze client requirements and design scalable solutions based on Sardine capabilities.
